With the latest audio-visual equipment, TV & Conference phone, Samphire’s Private Dining Room has everything you need for meetings, meals, presentations, power lunches, training sessions and more. With a capacity for round table meetings of up to 13 delegates and an interlinking private bar as an additional space if required for larger events. For presentations, a seated theatre style up can accommodate up to 15 guests.

For those seeking an intimate & private space with dedicated staff, our Private Dining Room provides an unforgettable setting. For any occasion, host up to 14 guests for a seated meal or for a more relaxed affair with a larger group enjoy our buffet menu, afternoon tea, canapés and/or drinks with the interconnecting bar, available as an additional hire to the Private Dining Room. Ideal for larger groups of up to 45 guests and includes exclusive use of the first floor, including the Private Dining Room, the interconnecting private bar, the roof terrace.
Recommended for: Drinks parties, birthdays, canapé receptions, engagements, corporate entertaining.

We have the recipe for your perfect wedding day. Tie the knot in an intimate ceremony or civil partnership in either one of our licensed areas. For something cosy, dine afterward in our colourful Private Dining Room & take advantage of the roof terrace which has a retractable cover. Alternatively, take over the entire venue exclusively and dance the night away. Our dedicated Events Team will work with you to create a truly bespoke wedding, from flowers to decoration, and of course to help create an entirely bespoke menu. See more here
For the ultimate experience, from parties to formal occasions to receptions to launches, Samphire can be entirely yours for the night, with exclusive use of the ground floor restaurant for seated meals up to 50 people or standing receptions for 75 people as well as our First Floor for 40 people standing.
